How to clean & protect
Every bag receives a special waterproof treatment before it ships.
To keep the leather soft and its colour rich, clean it with the Cleaning Foam Set whenever it needs it, nourish it with the Leather Lotion every 2–3 months and protect it with the Waterproof Protector Spray every 4–6 weeks.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return your bag, unused and in its original packaging. Returns are not free: return shipping is paid by the customer.

We make each model in limited quantities. When a bag sells out, you can pre-order it or ask to be notified when it's back. Pre-ordering guarantees your bag from the next batch. A notification only tells you it's back — by then, the pieces may already be gone.
When a sold-out bag is open for pre-order, choose Pre-order on the product page and complete your order. Your piece is set aside from the next batch and we email you as soon as it ships.
Most of our bags are made in limited quantities and ship straight away while in stock. Only the pieces in our Exclusive Collection are made to order.
Shipping is free on every order over €200, to every destination — including the USA. Delivery takes 2–3 business days in mainland Portugal and 3–5 business days in the rest of Europe. For the rest of the world, see our shipping policy.
