How our limited editions work
We make each model in small quantities, handmade in Portugal. When a piece sells out, you can pre-reserve it — that guarantees your bag from the next batch — or get notified when it's back, knowing it may sell out again quickly. A few models, in our Exclusive Collection, are made to order.
When a bag sells out, you can pre-reserve it or ask to be notified when it's back. Pre-reserving guarantees your bag from the next batch. A notification only tells you it's back — by then, the pieces may already be gone.
When a sold-out bag is open for pre-reservation, choose Pre-reserve on the product page and complete your order. Your piece is set aside from the next batch and we email you as soon as it ships.
Most of our bags are made in limited quantities and ship straight away while in stock. Only the pieces in our Exclusive Collection are made to order.
Shipping is free on every order over €200, to every destination — including the USA. Delivery takes 2–3 business days in mainland Portugal and 3–5 business days in the rest of Europe. For the rest of the world, see our shipping policy.
Yes — you have 30 days to return it. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See our returns policy for all the details.
