Every hide is chosen for one bag
We buy full-grain Italian and Portuguese leather skin by skin and cut it in small family workshops in Portugal. Made to order means no surplus, no end-of-season discounting, and no hide bought against a forecast. It costs two to three weeks. It buys you a bag that was made for you.
